Congratulations to Payton Torrey from Mossyrock High School for being the 2023 Gary Stamper Scholarship Recipient! She is currently a senior at Mossyrock High School and a running start student at Centralia College. Payton will be furthering her education at Lower Columbia Community College. Her plan after graduating college with her BA in education is to be a first or second grade teacher at Mossyrock Elementary School.
